sunomono_html_cd12c5eaThe American poet Sam Abrams recommended another Ferran Adria restaurant as a thank you for the high praise of the Catalan chef’s boutique Peruvian-Japanese Pakta (SeeFerran Adria’s Hidden Jewel Pakta). Appropiately sited in the boutique hotel Casa Camper -better known for rugged footwear- in Barcelona’s old town just off the top of the Rambles, Dos Palillos looks like a typical bar and indeed guests sit on bar stools surrounding the busy kitchen. Food is prepared in front of you, strictly Japanese with the best local produce. Tapas style, twenty different courses leave a deep impression that food can be fun to eat and fun to watch the business of a magic meal. Our surprise anniversary menu for Regula:

Els palillos japonesos de Ferran Adrià

dos pu_html_b88e3c91El poeta americà Sam Abrams recomana un altre restaurant de Ferran Adrià per agrair-me els merescuts elogis a la boutique peruviana-japonesa Pakta del xef català (Veure Pakta, la joia amagada de Ferran Adrià). Ben situada en l’hotel boutique Casa Camper -més conegut per sòlides sabates- a la part vella de Barcelona vorejant el cap de les Rambles, Dos Palillos sembla un bar típic i efectivament els clients seuen en tamborets de bar al voltant d’una cuina en plena acció. El menjar el preparen davant teu, estrictament japonès amb els millors productes locals. A l’estil tapes, vint diferents plats deixen una profunda impressió que menjar és divertit i igual de divertit observar la feinada d’un àpat màgic. El nostre menú sorpresa per a la Règula:

  1. I am very glad to see you enjoyed “Dos Palillos” as much as we did. We have been back several times and the place never ceases to amaze us. All the best.
